We are searching for experienced Registered Nurses to join their team.

  The Role:
• Work Within the scope of practice of the position and seek advice and guidance from senior RN`s as appropriate;
• Make nursing and care decisions based on sound clinical judgements and with a view to minimise risk;
• Encourage residents/service users to participate in decision-making about their care where appropriate;
• Participate in hands-on nursing as required;
• Report observations to relevant medical/health care personnel;
• Communicate with family especially when there is a change in a resident's care and/or condition;
• Accept direction and supervision from the RNL2/3, the Clinical Care Manager, the Health and services Facility Manager and the Executive Manager of Health Services

  About You
• Experience as an Aged Care Nurse
• Must have AHPRA Registration with no conditions.
• Current and up-to-date flu & Covid vaccination record.
• Police check dated within 12 months.
• Two senior clinical referees
• Flexible with shift options - to be discussed upon interview
