As an Engineering Manager, your main responsibilities would be to:

• Supervise the delivery of services and products to clients.
• Ensuring top-notch quality and service levels.
• Manage workload allocation within the Engineering department.
• Stay updated on the latest Electrical Engineering practices.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to fellow Engineers to ensure compliance and exceptional service delivery.
• Fulfill the duties of a Senior Automation Engineer.
• Manage Sales and Project progression.
• Liaise with internal and external multi-level stakeholders.
