Successful candidates will have strong:

  • HR tertiary qualification and minimum 1 year HR experience in organisation
  • Exceptional organisation skills including time management and prioritisation with demonstrated ability to operate autonomously
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, communication (Written & Verbal) and negotiation skills to positively build effective working relationships, drive engagement, motivate staff and influence a positive, productive culture
  • Demonstrate confidentiality, tact, and discretion skills along with experience in conflict resolution and negotiations to achieve successful outcomes
  • Sound knowledge and practical application of statutory requirements
  • Effective planning, analytical and decision-making skills
  • Provide accurate, quality, and timely reports to Management and key stakeholders as appropriate
  • A highly organised approach to work and the ability to multi-task, whilst working calmly and effectively under pressure
